I am a 43 year old mom of 5 kids. I have had a passion for exercise and nutrition for the last 23 years. I wanted to help others with their overall health goals so began teaching HIIT & Functional fitness classes and then a year later started personal training. I have loved helping people on their fitness/nutrition journeys. It has taught me so much about the many different people and the walks of life they have been. I have built long lasting friendships and learned so much from them about life. I’m grateful that I have a body that can move but also all the many benefits that come from having a healthy lifestyle. That’s what I want people to learn, it’s mental, physical and emotional.
